4 things your flyer absolutely needs

If you are a self-proclaimed attention-to-detail(er) like me, one of your pet peeves is when a flyer doesn’t have the info you need.

Is it just me?

We’ll make this short and sweet then.

Here are the 4 pieces of info your flyer absolutely needs:

  1. Who you are/what your business is

  2. What you do

  3. Where you do it

  4. How to contact you

And yes, your flyer can absolutely have the following as well (depending on what you’re advertising):

  • Date

  • Time

  • Relevant images

  • Your logo

  • Logos of your partnerships

But, no matter what you do- don’t miss those first 4!

Why’s this important?

These details give your audience ALL the important information they need at first look.

Your audience is most likely too busy to do any digging on your event. If you’re anything like me, you also lose interest and trust in an event if the details are obscure.

It’s good customer service.

As someone who’s worked in several different customer service occupations, I’ve learned that customer service is key to building trust and confidence with your customers. It’s more than just a friendly smile. It’s knowing your ish. And by knowing your ish, your customers will continue to support your brand.
